Before the placement of our employees on site, we ensure:

  • Employees have necessary qualifications, licenses and skills
  • All employees undergo SPS Group inductions
  • Employees have the necessary Personal Protective Equipment
  • Clients will provide site specific and task specific induction
  • Approval of the Client’s Site specific SWMS and overall OHS Management Plan
  • Agreement with all clients that employees operate under and understand the Site safety plan

During the placement of our employees on site, we:

  • Regular open lines of communication with our clients
  • A safe workplace by carrying out workplace inspections
  • Updated competency registers for each project
  • Regular OH&S toolbox discussions
  • Notification of any changes to workplace arrangements
  • Return to work plan in place – in the event of injury we strive to get employees back to work as soon as possible to reduce
  • Update training and knowledge where needed
  • Our workers maintain contact with SPS Group, providing feedback on OH&S matters in the workplace.
